Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Paris (France) and Lisbon (Portugal).

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We work with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We will provide you with the tracking details of your order by email as soon as it has been shipped.

What are the shipping time and costs?

At this time, Elleme offers free express shipping on all orders. Please allow us 3 business days to ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Orders shipped internationally: 3-6 business days, excluding customs clearance. Orders shipped domestically: 2 days. We work primarily with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We will provide you with tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer free shipping worldwide. At checkout you will be able to indicate your delivery address.

Is my package insured and which courier is being used?

Elleme insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

Can I ship my order to another country than my billing address?

It is possible to ship your order to another country, different from your billing address. Please kindly provide all shipping information of your order at checkout.

HOW ARE TAXES AND DUTIES CALCULATED AND APPLIED?

Items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees set up by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
